OUBAO SECURITY TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD, which was established in 1987,  now is the first joint-stock company and the largest professional manufacturer in domestic field of door closer. In the 20 years’ development, Oubao has successively created  Wenzhou Oubao Hardware CO.,LTD、Shanghai Kaidi Oubao Hardware CO.,LTD、Shanghai Oubao Industry CO.,LTD、 Zhejiang Oubao Industry CO.,LTD. In 2009, Oubao completed stock reorganization, approved by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, changed the name to OUBAO SECURITY TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD, which has registered capital of RMB 55.8 million and fixed assert of RMB 220 million. Our factory covers a ground area of 100,000 square meters with a floor space of 150,000 square meters. We can reach annual output of 6 million door closers and 50 thousand intelligent locks.

80% of Oubao’s products are exported to more than 80 foreign countries. And in the domestic market, Oubao builds a country-wide distribution network, covering all provinces. Oubao’s products have received many kinds of international certificates according to products quality standard, such as UL, UL10C, ETL, ITS, TUV, CE, SP. In 1995, American UL approved; in 2004, European EN1154 approved; in 2005, ANSI 156.4PT1 and 2 million cycles life certificate approved. We are the first domestic manufacturer of door closer to get these two highest International certificates according to quality standard.
Oubao is the main member on drafting out National Sector Standard OB/T2698 door closer and OB/T2697 floor spring. Oubao technology department has its own testing lab; it’s able to carry out European EN1154 and American ANSI 156.4 standard experiments and cooperates with many international professional labs, such as European TUV, American ETL SEMKO, UL. Now it’s the consultant unit for European EN1154 and American ANSI 156.4 in China.
